It used to be the rare thing when a WAYPTW comment made it into KG, but with only one or two articles a week, it's hard to keep the momentum of people arriving with scintillating insights.

That totally counts! Chrono Trigger especially is one of those games that means tons to the people that had it, but no longer do. I like to think of rarity as a function of demand, because there could be only a few copies of something that no one actually wants, then it's simply scarce and worthless, not rare.
Yeah, all of my copies are complete, but played, and none are in bad shape - the worst of anything in my collection are Game Cards that were loose in a case and had the label lightly dinged up by other Cards.
I like the Kirby wallpapers! They might be good to have for a while on my phone, and thanks for reminding me about My Nnintendo! I'd been neglecting in the last month or so, and I finally last month missed my first daily rewards in Miitomo since it started. Now that I've broken that chain, I have been taking a bit of…
It's crazy that the Wii U Pro Controller will not work with Switch, but 8Bitdo is making their little universal Bluetooth controllers work with it natively.
The JRPGs are certainly the collector's best bet for being in small print and later valuable - everything from the Persona games to Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE are going to have value some day….
In April, I paid the ransom for a $200 New Nintendo 3DS (Black, regular size), and I'm so glad I did. I had a strong feeling they were never coming back in production here in the US, and I'm glad I didn't wait.
I'll accept that…I had to look it up, but wow!
…were you the one talking about that this week already? Because that would be quite the one for the collection.
I felt like Gone Home was a lot of work! I think we spent six hours or so going through every note we could find, and discussing what they meant.
Interesting, as my wife and I felt that, while Sam's story was the one that got the most volume (literally, both in terms of sound and attention), the stories of Mom, Dad, and Uncle What-His-Name were just as important to our progress and focus, particularly because knowledge of Dad's story was required for a couple…
You should have played Gone Home in a dark living room on a stormy Halloween Week with no previously conceived notions about it. The Ouija Board note still gives me chills, and my heart fluttered not just a little bit when the basement light burned out as I was reading the little popsicle-stick cross…
I've felt like a one-trick pony when I get on about the derogatory term for Environmental Narratives, so I'm glad others are taking the mantle.
That idea of gear, guns, and gameplay make Destiny sound so compelling. Cooperative PvE is great, but all the games I choose that have those capabilities, I can't easily find anyone that plays it: Elite: Dangerous, Tri Force Heroes, Federation Force…yes, I said Federation Force. That could have been a reasonable…
I'm definitely in the minority, but I love the 3D on the 3DS, and like you, I've been playing for over 6 years. The New 3DS certainly breathes new life into the feature, and I play with the slider up regularly. Ocarina does do a good job of portraying the depth in an immersive way, and despite the still-not-perfect…
I'll see your three years and raise you a decade.

For phone game play, I'd recommend getting one of these 8Bitdo Bluetooth controllers for your phone, and I only recommend it because it's a true multi-tasker: it will work on PC, Android, and even Nintendo Switch. I used mine last night to play dual-analog Portal on Steam, and it works great. I bought the $10 clip-on…
I definitely appreciate it on the merits of its time and the way it's the quintessential Zelda story. However, I find that A Link Between Worlds and Breath of the Wild are the two games I actually see myself coming back to, even after I finished them. They just feel satisfying to play and explore. My only complaint in…
That sounds like a blast, and your descriptions make me wish I had a story I wanted to tell. I would love a good comedy RPG, kinda like those Penny Arcade ones.
