Sure! May I suggest the second Friday of the month, then you can tie in the "Fish on Friday" references and people are reminded the day of the event when it's announced on WAYPTW.
What I liked about Frontier was the immediacy of it…POP! Next system. That and the exit cloud behind you, it was a cool effect.
Private Johnson: "Actually, Nintendo never really left - they've been making quality gaming consoles and games for over 30 years."
I read that thing about the rats as well, and found it to be an odd benchmark for gameplay limitation. I would like to see that used for more systems:
To both you and @Merve2:disqus - that's an excellent point about Japanese developers being back on the map after a period where they were either struggling to find their voice or have it be heard above the rest of the world. Platinum Games is really on a great run of producing a string of fun titles that exude that…
Ack. I have missed the Revue Club's span on Planescape: Torment. I bought an 8bitdo controller the other day (the Famicom Pro edition!) so I could play more PC games, too, and I haven't touched it.
Yay! Not only did Doctuar get his post made visible, but it also highlights Elite: Dangerous!
Oh! There's a Splatoon discussion group now in the Unofficial Gameological Discord Group!

Especially when you are jump to escape a fight, it feels like the Millennium Falcon.
I'm glad the computer is stable enough now to let you go to the bathroom! I tried it at first a couple of years ago and it got my ship stuck in the toaster coils…
I need to buy a docking computer when I get a bigger ship, just to listen to the Blue Danube again. In previous games it started whenever you got clearance, and it was a lovely homage, plus there's a reason it was used in the first place - it's so appropriate.
My flight to Des Moines leaves in a few minutes, then I get to drive out to lovely Newton! Enjoy your weekend, and the race is on Sunday on NBCSN!
I can click to show it, so it's not lost yet!
I'm so glad you're enjoying Elite: Dangerous! I have been traveling too much to play lately, but this fall I'll be getting back in, and we should meet somewhere and go mining together! It's always good to have a spotter, so I've only tried it once or twice.
Good to have you back! I've been avoiding hashtags, pound-signs, and even sharp musical notes just in case you're reading.
S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y…Night! Mario Kart 8 on the 8th! From the Big Apple to the Bay City, rollers everywhere are celebrating Independence! Between Canada Day, American Independence Day, and Bastille Day coming next week, we will be racing a 100cc, Frantic Mode free-for-all, on bikes only (to feel the "freedom of the open…
No worries, my friend; consider it handled! Whenever you want to make one up and host, let me know and you are welcome to jump in. Enjoy the evening out! I know how difficult it is to get time with other friends, so take advantage of the situation.
Speaking of competitive online gaming…are you hosting this month's Mario Kart 8 on the 8th this week? I'll need to know settings or your code and I'll get things going!
I refused to buy Skyward Sword, mostly out of protest because I'm left-handed. I have the 25th Anniversary Orchestral album, and the Skyward Sword music is quite nice.
