I don’t really see that. Women can not lie and not get raped and count that as a win for everyone. In this case, if she lied, she deserves some serious trouble, because lying about rape is despicable and makes life even worse for people who actually are raped as well as for men who are innocent but accused, because…

Your beliefs are literally the exact opposite of how our court system works lol.. Not saying your wrong or she’s lying, but she is the one who needs FACTUAL PROOF. Kane does not need to PROVE his innocence.

I, otoh, will sit here and assume that the accused is innocent until proven otherwise. Probably because I don’t think the onus should be on the accused to prove that the accuser is factually inaccurate. I’m crazy that way.

These are so tricky. Do you want it to have happened or not? If it didn’t then she wasn’t harmed but she lied and made Kane look bad. If it did she was harmed and the he gets away with it. Women see this and feel they can’t win. (dad of two girls)

I don’t think this looks shady for Kane anymore. If the victim’s side is having to fabricate things and lie then it looks bad on them.
