Eh, this is like asking a Michelin starred chef what he thinks of KFC or Burger King. Marvel movies are fast food; overprocessed stodge for the undiscerning masses. Of course the chef is going to be snooty, he got into this medium because it means a great deal to him and he takes it very seriously. All you have

But they are ruining the medium, on the business side at least. There’s nothing wrong with them, in principle: they’re just kind of crappy, generic, big budget, effects heavy movies.

Keanu Skeeves

I know. I want to slap myself for thinking he’s hot. And Justin Bobby, too. He’s a stupid gorgeous, stupid moronic, stupid fuckboi idiot and it makes me insane how goodlooking they are.

That leaked revealed nothing we didn’t know - that KK is a master at manipulating social media. The phone call only included the line about “me and Taylor might still have sex” or whatever and excluded the part where he called her a bitch and said that her success was unearned. Paired with the naked body double in the

If my wife was reading this, she’d have her fist raised in the air.

100% this. Anyone who didn’t see this as the trajectory Dany was heading in really hasn’t been paying careful enough attention to her or the show this entire time.

True, being the child of the Rhaeger is, not his sister.

New Romantics is the best song off 1989 and I will never understand why she releases trash as her album debuts.

he is most likely testing her as a ruler. remember when Sam pointed out that Jon was willing to give up his crown for his people? then he asked would she do the same? Jon is probably figuring that out based on her reaction. once all is said and done, and if they are both still alive, her reply will tell him if she is

I don’t comment around here much any more - for many reasons - but honestly I find your comment galling and couldn’t fight the urge to reply. Though for the record, I’m not interested in comment section spats so that’s not what this is.

Orrr there should never have been a such a flippant, ill-defined referendum on something that the majority of the public had no clue about which directly contravened a peace treaty which had already been put to a referendum and had a definitive mandate.

I mean feel free to cure childhood cancer first. Adult cancer too! Diabetes, heart disease...maybe even the common cold? In fact, you know what? I’m good! No need to worry about it, thanks for the checkup, doc! <skips off joyfully>

This is kind of a silly article. He’s doing his job. And no one ever says, “Did you hear the new Jack and Lorde song!?”— in the public eye 99% of the time, it’s ALL “Lorde’s new song!”. If any musician wants more autonomy in the writing of their music... they should just write their own music. TONS of people do it.

This article feels like it tries to make a point and misses the mark by a mile. Reading back through this article it seems like the most severe “overshadowing” is an asinine comment in an article by GQ. I don’t know how anyone would look at these works and honestly think

This is a really weird article.

This is an article for an industry only rag because your beef is with your peers.

I don’t like watching games like tennis. Something about the back and forth motion, from whatever angle, bothers me. This article was basically watching tennis between “All evidence points to Jack Antonoff as being a decent person who is good at his job” Vs. “I’m trying to link him to bad people to make him sound bad.”

One of many major problems I have with this list.

@lucyjae: I had to take a humanities film class as a freshman in college and the textbook had a section describing actors and it said something like, "most actors look like normal people (with the exception of Paul Newman and Robert Redford)."
