I don’t think that I have ever had KFC from the states. I am used to what we have here in Canada. The slaw here is very flavourful and undoubtedly the best slaw I have had at a restaurant.

Isn’t it reasonable to say that kids are fine at bar/grills during the day, but after a certain time, it’s grown-ups only? That’s what most places do around here. Seems to work out fine. 

Only if you have more than 2 people with you. And when I do, I follow the same rules I use on airplanes - sit on the aisle. I don’t mind standing up to let other people out when they need to, and that way I can come and go as I please without worrying about bothering someone else.
