Nope, the base game is basically valueless which makes this probably one of the worst free games PS+ has ever given.

Ground meat has more health risks because of the surface area that is possibly exposed to pathogens. A slab of pork will have some pathogens on the outside that get cooked off while grilling/frying/baking or whatever, but ground pork(like ground beef) has a lot more surface area exposed to pathogens and needs to be

Pickle things using the beer brine, then eat the pickled things, then use the brine for picklebacks. Waste not want not, I say!

Why do people want to hurt the homeless?

Artwork is bad, but continuing to oppose no-kill shelters while simultaneously euthanizing the majority of animals at PETA shelters is okey-dokey.

I wouldn't call anything involving a roux "supremely easy." Butter, cream, lots of GOOD parmesan, and lots of black pepper. That's all you need in a quality alfredo.

ESB is a different beer. “Extra Special Bitter”. Usually indicates a higher alcohol content, sometimes i dicates more hops too.

I couldn’t agree more, IPAs are so often used to hide subpar beers that I’d rather there be a limit of two at time so that a brewery can focus on craft and other styles.

And there’s always coffee in that stout. I am so fucking sick of that nonsense.

Riffles: Like a normal rifle, but made of Ruffles.

We must be the change we wish to see in the world. Keep pestering for bitters!

I may have been blocked by a brewery on Instagram for nagging them about bringing back their bitter. I was chatting with a marketing guy from a different brewery, and he said it’s just an impossible beer to market well. Nobody wants a bitter, or if they know enough, they want higher ABV. You're both stupid and an asshole.

Huh. TIL ‘oat milk’ was a product that exists. As someone too allergic to milk to use it with cereal, I might have to investigate the claims it’s better than almond milk. In 10-20 years when they’ve solved their supply and distribution problems, and I can get it at my local Costco. Assuming it wasn’t a fad driven by

If meat is good, it’s a crime to drown it in sauce*. Compound butter is delicious but I think my favorite steak is just rubbed in salt and pepper and cooked in a lot of butter.

I had the same experience.  I got the gladiator santoku and once I received one without a chip, I was happy.  I still wish I would have just splurged on another Tojiro, but once I ran it through a 1000/6000 whetstone, it was pretty good.  I honed the chipped one down and gave it to my mom.

Compound butter is hard to beat - as delicious as any other option and so quick and easy to make. A few add-ins that make mine extra-poignant: dijon mustard, shallot, a couple anchovy filets. Also an herb that’s amazing w/ meat but oddly hard to get in the states: fresh savory, which tastes and smells like a blend of

I am a chef, and have dozens of knives. I love my Globals and Shuns, but this past year Dalstrong has really impressed me. The shogun series chef knife is not only a work of art, but it is a fantastic blade. It stays razor sharp with minimal effort, takes a beating, looks gorgeous, and is a great multi-purpose knife.

A sharp-eyed employee confronted Stine and ordered him to pay for the soda. When Stine left the restaurant instead, the employee followed, and told him that he was no longer welcome at that Arby’s.

At the point, the brand is synonymous with food borne illness. They should find a way to spin it for advertising purposes.
