I might be in the minority, but I really have trouble getting down a can of PBR.

Unfortunately, my DNA does not allow me to consume cilantro. This would taste like mayo and dish soap to me. Perhaps I could replace with chives and or dill.

I owned a small restaurant for 3 years and Yelp was probably the worst thing in the world. I had mostly 4-5 star reviews, but there were a couple negative ones thrown in there (some fake from competitors). The biggest issue is that people write these reviews like they are some high end food critic from the NYT.

Where did you grow up? I grew up one town over from Union. So many good pizza places in that area. One of the few things I miss about North Jersey.

Funny enough, I started buying skate wing a few years ago from my local wegmans. I’ve prepared pretty similarly to this, but just by accident, not by looking at a recipe. I’ve also done a pan sear and made a sandwich out of them with some home made slaw and remoulade.

In addition to what you said, I also don’t think AOC is all that intelligent and should know more about things like tax breaks, economics, etc. I hear the things she says and I cringe most of the time. I do the same for a lot of politicians, but I just can’t back her at all.

Unfortunately, my Blackstone completely rusted to crap in just over a year. Kept with a cover on and under a covered deck. Just the atmosphere ruined it, non-coastal climate too. The flat top is solid, the rest is not. I reached out multiple times to complain, never heard back. Threw it out in the trash.

It’s pretty crazy how many of these have Patreon accounts that give “nudes” if you become a certain level of Patron. Makes you wonder how many actually got into it because they love this stuff, or it’s just an income stream, or both??

I love Florida. I don’t want to go there or hang out with anyone from there, but damn does it provide endless enjoyment!
