Funny enough, I started buying skate wing a few years ago from my local wegmans. I’ve prepared pretty similarly to this, but just by accident, not by looking at a recipe. I’ve also done a pan sear and made a sandwich out of them with some home made slaw and remoulade. 

I love swedish fish! I could never get into twizzlers. Can’t stand the texture or the flavor (or lack there of). Jolly ranchers are fine, except sour apple, but I don’t like sour apple anything. I also loathe all candies “peach” and “banana” those artificial ones always miss the mark for me.

Unfortunately, my Blackstone completely rusted to crap in just over a year. Kept with a cover on and under a covered deck. Just the atmosphere ruined it, non-coastal climate too. It’s pretty crazy how many of these have Patreon accounts that give “nudes” if you become a certain level of Patron. Makes you wonder how many actually got into it because they love this stuff, or it’s just an income stream, or both??
