Clearly I'm not watching enough TV these days, because I've never even seen most of these shows. But that PeggyStrut.gif is instantly iconic.

Maybe…when she led him to a dead end in Wisconsin it certainly forced Don to look elsewhere for the escape, connection, and redemption he craved. I like how he ended up seeking out Stephanie, who I see as a surrogate for Anna and the origins of his stolen identity.
I'm grateful they left Meghan, with her million dollar check, out of the final few episodes. Meghan was an important character, but her arch was over.
Same here. I love that Joan respects Peggy enough to make the offer, but am glad Peggy had the good sense not to take it.
I love the way they ended with Pete, and I agree that he became genuinely likable. His flaws were the most obvious in the first season, and I find it interesting that he learned to become a better person while many others around him became more and more unlikable (like Harry, who became outright detestable).
I was a bit overjoyed. I've been 'shipping those two ever since their late night phone calls after Peggy went to Cutler and Chaugh.
It always bruised Pete's fragile ego greatly that he couldn't provide for her in the way she was used to; her father bought their first apartment and brought Pete his first big business. Having Trudy be a part of his life as a success was essential for Pete to feel like he really made it.
All these years later, I still have nightmares about the way that man died in the opening scene.
Oh is that what it was? It's been awhile since I've seen that episode, but I guess I was confused by her entire memory being wiped. I know someone who's had ECT and memory loss didn't seem to be a factor.
I think it's intentional that the show rarely pulls off authentic sexiness. I mean, the whole series deals with themes of faux-happiness and fulfillment, it makes sense that sex would look sort of sad.
They saw how well True Detective did and decided the water is warm for strange stories? I'm so glad, mostly because now I feel justified for re-watching the series on Netflix.
"Lazy sexism" is my new answer for everything.
I bet, and I'm not really all that sensitive to violent entertainment. I think it's more the themes of child abuse and self-flagellation (of a child) that are getting to me. If it were an adult character, I doubt I'd blink an eye. Sounds interesting though.
The description alone (while beautifully written) is so extremely dark, I can't imagine myself getting lost in this world and coming out feeling good about it.
One thing that is so disappointing about this show is that it could be really good if they stopped trying so hard to work in all these relationships where there is no chemistry and that don't make any sense. Bonnie is cheating with Sam but is loyal to Annaliese- really? Frank and Laurel have absolutely no chemistry-…
I think Hannah Simone is becoming this show's underlying MVP. Those reaction shots she pulled off during Schmidt's pantomime were pretty hilarious.
I just came to listen to Teti's mom talk about butts, and I was not disappointed.
$200k?! I need to remember to use more hashtags on my resume.
Way to bring sexy back, McDonalds.
I might check them out, but I'm not a gamer so might not be the audience for that. But I really enjoy her anecdotes about the post office so if there's more of that I'm in!
