Agreed, before my friend got into it, I had no idea “body building” was different than bikini or that there were specific divisions. I doubt it was intentional.

haha I know, my friend has tried to get me “on plan” and yeah...that’s a big fail. But I’m all about watching her succeed. I like the workout and eat as I normally do “plan”.

Same here, I have a close friend who is a bikini competitor. When she first started doing it she got a huge groan and eye roll from me but now that I’m more exposed to the culture, she is so happy and dedicated, its inspiring.

It always bothered me how casually people talk about OCD. Everyone is “OCD” about something (which doesn’t even make sense) and say it very seriously. No, you’re not OCD if you like your bathroom counters clean or you like your clothes in color order. Wish there were a way to get people educated on more things.
