I’d suggest a Cadillac ELR. It’s definitely offbeat and rare, great for commuting and good for road trips. Virtually new ones are under 30 and the interior is nicer than the Volt.

Come on. It was a one-owner car with the IMS and RMS both done within the past 50k. It was sold by an eBay dealer with 100% positive feedback based on selling primarily German cars over the past 6 years.
