Is your bumper to bumper warrantee good at any Aston Marton dealer?
While driving to the movies with a car full (5 in the front set, 6 in the back seat, 4 more in the area behind the rear seat). It was a station wagon. I was driving with a girl in my lap. It was HS and she might have been 4'-5". She was tiny. People in the car were goofing that we were screwing. She unzipped me and we…
You never changed the exhaust on your car? My 1st car was a late 70s boat. When the y pipe proke right before the cat the car ran so much better. I decided to fix it by replacing from the headers back. I kept the y pipe instead of going dual exhaust since the DMV would be a pain about it. I also put in really big…
Well who is running the show right now? Over the last 8 yeear the epa has been allowed to run wild. the SCOTUS shot down one part reciently but not much else has gone against the epa.
I think think f-250 (and up) class of trucks are part of this. I believe there is a large after market on these pickups. So profits are effected.
Why can’t we get that color red? The red that I saw at the dealer looked a lot more orange. I might have blaimed the lighting, but I saw them inside and on the lot.
I too want one. I have a short commute so the top speed is fine. The speed limit is 25 for 99% of my commute anyway. Get this and never have to dig out the car from snow again. Also helps saving your parking spot. I really hate digging out my car and spot and someone else takes it when i go to work. I get home and…
This is why I like single lane boat ramps.
Long Island is not a state.
It does look like there are stores along that road. The truck could have been making a turn out of the parking lot. We do not see much from the left side.
If there is any snow on the ground, all traffic lights, stop signs, one way streets mean nothing.
Don’t they usually go after the driver not the passenger? She is being a fool and all but she is not the driver.
Not sure about stopping distance but as others have said oversized breaks will stop you. There are others who put oversized breaks, and the rest of the tow package trans cooler, beefier suspension, since we actually tow things. Those bigger breaks help stopping the truck and the 10,000-20,000 thing behind the truck.…
Well MD does have that one inspection when you register your car. The only one your car has to get. If you have ever drivin in MD, it shows. You can see plenty of cars that should not beon the road rolling around. Not always under their own power.
Now exit that space without hitting the other cars.
Plus our ‘islands’ can move away from a big storm. I want a hurricane (ok typhoon over there) to hit that island just to see how much is left when the storm passes.
I thought we already have truck/land based Phalanx systems. If not we do have 30cal and 50cal guns that can be shot at said car. Unless it is an heavily armored tank that car will not be getting in to a military base.
Odd the 10 Canadian people I know suck at driving in the snow. They crash almost every year. If they make it through one winter they crash the following one. They have done this for like 25 year now. Nothing serious. But they have a single car crash almost every winter.
Proper snow tires are great. How many regular people are either going to have anextra set of four tires andrims for their onecar or swap the tires on the one set of rims twice a year? Not many.
Traction coltrol and ABS are not the same thing.
