Only if the ‘job’ does it. Busineses can wite off cars loans/leases. Not personal taxes. At least that is how it is the last I checked.

I still get “your warranty is about to expire” notice for my old 1998 explorer. That I got rid of in 2009.
My firend has one. Yes it can tow his 19 foot skiff. But my 98 explorer pulled it getting better mpg (EB 9 vs 98 explorer 13). The turbo sounded like it was going to take off the whole time. The turbo stays on when ever the boat is connected at any speed. Ford says that is the way it is supposed to be.
A friend’s 72 ford F250 pickup (yes the Cleveland engine was in it.) keys worked in an ford 90 car (i forget the car details now). They were neighbors and decided to trade cars keys since they did borrow each others cars often. The only difference was the square key and round keys were reversed between car and truck.
Where I live now people do not know what the horn is for. When they blow a four way stop and almost hit me cutting me off I lean on the horn, for a while. They just look and are like I was driving. Then I yell “do you know what a stop sign means!” This confused look appears on their face. Also happens with red lights,…
Rolled my explorer at 25 mph off of a paved road. It was a two lane road with big ditches for water to run into on one side or the other or both sides. Spoeed limit was 50. Air tempeture was 37 degrees F and droping since night was fast approaching. I was driving along I hit a section of black ice. The car slid a…
After a wildfire or two is there any gas or oil left in it?
F150s have the all aluminum bed. Not the super duties. Usually the super sudies are the ones the construction companies get. The F150 is a personal pickup. Not many people are going to have a front end loader dump concrete blocks into it. As well as butting tool boxes on the sides and dropping them into the bed. Hell…
Try traveling. You wrap and unwrap the cord a lot while traveling. That is what breaks it. The clips apple has on those block chargers actually breaks the cord since the cord is being wrapped too tightly.
No. Sorry but in computers Apple is not the leader in changing to new standards. I saw floopies disappear in laptops first. Gamer and home laptops lost it first. Business laptop haeld out the longest. Dekstops the same order. Apple is not the leader I have no idea why people keep thinking it is. I was hoping the…
I try to record video on a boat often. Portrait more is easier with one hand. Usually the other hand is being used to hang on.
You got a Toyota Supra in my house!
Transferrred from old car to new car. All paperwork was electronic. No one had to visit the DMV. Got $150 back by doing that and I did not know I was saving money. I just wanted to updated for the car that uses my license plate easier.
I thought igeneration was what people who only know of apple computers, mp3 players, and phones. No other options exist for them.
Look at the options for new cars. Two toned is there for many. They also look bad. That is a huge factor. Some cars look great with a two tone paint job. Others look like crap. That is factory. A custom paint job can work. Not everyone is going to get a custom paint job on their car.
Three lugnuts holding the wheels on. I don’t trust four. Five should be the mininum number to hold the wheels on.
If you actually know people who have been at the table to see what goes on you might change your tune.
Unions original purpose was met decades ago. Safety, hours, are all laws now. Unions today are the very thing they were supposed to help the worker against. Unions today are big business.
The center shifter is still there since very few cars (maybe some pickups) have a bench seat anymore. A console can be in there but having the shift be on the column and a bench seat allows for more room and a whole lot of airbag magic. No bench seat anymore. Giving people a nice big center place to put stuff is most…
Do Jeeps at least of drain holes in the floorboards now? Or do those appear over time?
