Without a doubt, every option has problems. But the “testosterone” rule is inherently arbitrary and ignores the diversity with a sex. Having approved doctors with affidavits of verified sex doesn’t involve such sloppy biological parameters.

Holy crap this is a scary level of policing. Who gets to define what are biologically normative levels for each sex? And why do we just target markers like sex hormones when we know even those born “female” have variations in testosterone levels between individuals and throughout life.
