No doubt. My last two employers had horrendous HR policy that directly and indirectly protected predators.

I have worked in businesses that have HR sexual harassment that runs the gamut. Writing off her choice because of “2008" is overly simplistic. The outcomes from then to 2017 weren’t all that revolutionary in the places I worked. In fact, I found there was a noticeable plateau in policy the last 15 years. Most places

2008 wasn’t eons ago. This wasn’t on par with any HR policy I experienced. I worked in several departments with zero tolerance policies. And if they had enough evidence to censure the guy then they knew it was a problem.

Unfortunate edit....

Then you misread my intentions and made unsubstantiated assumptions.

Zero conversation = lots of conversation here.

And where did I disagree with those ideas? She can be both. I hear you found my wording problematic but you just to major assumptions in the process.

That is one interpretation.

Its in the handbook; we are supposed to ignore transgressions if their is potential for collateral damage to the liberal cause. Oh, the irony.

Remember, it takes people in power to protect sexual predators. That includes women like Clinton who are willing to due so to benefit themselves. Not only did she turn a blind eye but she totally undermined the woman who came forward. Clinton is complicit.

Really?

Deleted. Doesn’t appear to be same guy from further research. Odd coincidence.

We agree on all that.

Agreed, don’t believe in compromising values for political gain.

My wife was at the Vegas rally and we talked about some of this. Its painful to know you are part of the problem but thats the work we have taken on. Undoubtedly there are going to be white progressives who continue to shirk that responsibility but I got the sense that more are sitting in that discomfort and owning it.

Drive was tense but not as bad as expected.

It was one strategy but I think the first one likely backfired and continues to do so. Satire and the like are powerful political tools but in our country is too aligned with media and Hollywood which are poisonous right now. And for clarity, I find the “mainstream media” and “fake news” rhetoric nauseating and

Those aren’t the only reasons we have Trump as president and complacently stating that is a dangerous game. I am as anti-Trump as they come but I have also taken the time to try to truly understand how many Americans voted for him. Not voting the way we think they should doesn’t mean they are uninformed or politically

My wife is going to the Vegas gathering. Should be a fun car ride as half are intersectional feminist and half are 2nd wave “white feminist”. I mean the 2nd wave feminists’ comments about how the Aziz Ansari situation is about “mind reading” and “women not be victims” already created a tense environment this past

Wtf? Going to someone’s home is consent?
