A point of clarity, I didn’t call them journalist for a very slecific reason. I squarely put them in the realm of infotainment. Sadly, American media literacy relies heavily on that category.

I think we actually agree. NPR is not the same as HuffPost or Breitbart. I think American’s are complicit in conflating media with journalism. We have legitimized infotainment in a way that allows Breitbart to succeed. And they can and will use that hypocrisy to their benefit in these interviews.
