I live about 10 miles from the New Jersey Coast Guard base in Cape May, the men and women who patrol these waters and other areas are incredibly well trained and professional. IMO they are an underappreciated branch of our armed services.

The saddest / the most outraging thing is that many people will keep following the party line and turn a blind eye on things like this.

The Coast Guard doesn’t shoot brown people and make armchair soldiers, fat and safe at home, feel like big tough American’s.
