I know but I can see them killing Glenn like that. With no one knowing for sure and always having in the back of their minds hes coming back….maybe something will distract the herd and all will leave except the one eating the guy on top of him (can't remember his name) and Glenn can stab it in the head and escape. …

So I think the guy was hallucinating about killing himself because he kept zoning out throughout the show. Next week they will be back on the dumpster and he will snap out of it and they will somehow escape to safety….
