Caffeine is often used with/part of OTC formulations of pain killers.
Anacin is most famous for caffeine with aspirin.

I personally just don’t care much for 900 hp in a passenger vehicle. 900 hp can mean a lot to different applications. I’d rather keep the ~300 hp but keep having the weight shed and mpgs improved. I’m odd, but the roads here aren’t the worst - yet nothing worthy of even a base Corvette.
