It has a Chrysler engine with a Garrett turbocharger, if that sticker on the headlight door is right, it’s a VNT (as in Variable Nozzle Turbine) car too........If I had the money and the space for it, I’d be calling him right now, that would be a rare car!

I know it’s ridiculous but my very first car was a 1993 LeBaron sedan, and my first boyfriend had a 1995 Lebaron convertable. I would buy this car in a heartbeat. I want an old Lebaron convertable to spruce up and ride around on pretty days. It’s ridiculous, I know all the Chrysler failure points and everything but…

When I see the LeBaron, I can only think of a fair queen’s car. This is because when I was in high school, the girl that won fair queen one year also won a year lease on a LeBaron convertible. It’s around 5k a year, so they didn’t drive the wheels off of it. I’d imagine it also sat in a garage.

Shame me or flame me but I always thought the Lebaron coupe was one of the prettiest modern Chryslers. It was the waning era of the “PLC”, but adapted for the times. This one is the middle of the run- you have the revised dash and interior (neutral), but it still retains the headlight covers instead of the awkward…

Not my flavor, but I have no problem giving the thumbs up to anyone who likes these. Its in decent shape, manual, drop top. A Chrysler of this vintage with an 80s turbo should not be DD’d, so as long as you go in knowing its a Sunday cruiser I’ll say NP.

The blackout headlight crowd should love this thing.

The only thing that gives me pause at all is the mileage. This one has the best of everything LeBaron - flippy headlights but with the revised interior, Turbo II, manual, good color. But man, I’d be worried about a Chrysler turbo with that kind of mileage on it.

Agreed. I hovered over the ND button. But a running, driving, clean 31 year old convertible, including a turbo and a manual? Yep. NP!
