Reading The History of Love by Nicole Krause and Tiny Beautiful Things by Cheryl Strayed. Good shit so far.

My goodness, I don’t understand how people can have zero compassion for others. It was a blessing you ended up crying and didn’t get stuck working for such an asshole.

SO OFFENSIVE.

She is adorable! Loving her fro and the bow!

False equivalencies really grind my gears!

Exactly. Remember when white fanboys lost their collective shit when Michael B. Jordan was cast as Johnny Storm? Or that other time when Amandla Stenberg was cast in Hunger Games and people were upset she wasn’t white and said they didn’t feel bad about her character being killed anymore? Ugh.

Another disturbing part of this story, via hesherman.com:

I clearly need to be watching this show!

This is so bizarre.

This is wild. They interrupted Jeopardy to focus on The Fox Lake Manhunt when the story first broke in September. And my mom said “he committed suicide. No way this is a murder.” I have no idea how she knew but two months later she was proven absolutely right. I just cringe in thinking how much money was wasted on

Jesus, I'm glad you got away from him.

OH MY.

I’m going to hell for laughing at this.

Fucking gross! A) it's Donald trump, why are you touching him and b) you are a journalist, have some goddamned decorum. Ew.

Nope! Nope, nope, absolutely not. I was cringing the whole time she went for that note.

Fuuuuuck

Happy Birthday! I just got done watching Zero Dark Thirty for the first time ever (ugh) and am about to start reading Seymour Hirsh’s London Review of Books article about the OBL compound raid. The NYT magazine article about the same subject that I read a few days ago was utterly fascinating. (I’m so much fun, right?)

The Sandlot is one of my favorite movies of all time* and I had a MAJOR crush on Benny “the Jet” Rodriguez (aka Mike Vitar). Goddamn. I also had a huge crush on Brandon Adams, who was in everything in the 90s.

UGH so fine.
