The reality here is that vaping is far easier to ween someone off of and quit than smoking. You can lower your nicotine levels slowly, over time, without needing to reduce how often you do it habitually. That was the only way I was able to quit smoking, and then vaping, by breaking the addiction, THEN the habit.…
