I think that the point here is for those who love to bake but lack the skill to make a good pie crust. I still love cooking even though I live in a town filled with restaurants; for me, the cooking and baking process is extremely enjoyable and not one I’m willing to give up for the convenience.

The nice man is telling us a story - HUSH.

I feel sorry for people who don’t understand that sometimes people have responsibilities that don’t allow them to be completely unavailable for emergencies for even the length of a dinner.

They do, yeah. These explosions and fires were clearly originating from the service lines into these houses/buildings. My guess is that the regulators failed because of a rapid/too high pressure increase.

From speculation I’m hearing, I live about a half hour south, it was overpressurization. Columbia has been replacing old lines with newer high pressure lines. My nieghbor, who works for National Grid, suspects Columbia was trying to increase the pressure in the newer infrastructure but it wasn’t properly sequestered

Get your neighbors together call your reps and demand justice. It sucks that these people can’t do the right thing on their own and have to be forced.

Born and raised, moved in early adolescence.

You’re from Lawrence?

Poor regulation, corporate greed, lackadaisical maintenance and little or no consequence for the managers of these negligent companies.

I had a state trooper on the MassPike pull me over by walking out in the road. I had no idea what he was doing, slowed down to pass him and didn’t stop. Then he went back to his car and turn on his lights, at which point I got it. He was not pleased, though ultimately he let me off with a warning (seriously, why even

What you can’t see there is what happened about 20 seconds before, when the cop stepped right out in front of the van that was going at least 60 mph.

I want to upgrade the mirrors on my ‘11 Silverado, but if I upgrade everything I want to on it, I probably might as well trade for an LTZ or whatever.  Or maybe a truck that doesn’t have seats made out of the hardest foam rubber known to mankind.

That mirror probably cost 100 bucks for GM to buy. Markup is a ridiculous on service parts.

They do this shit because the dealer makes money on the financing, it’s NOT about exports and other blah blah BS don’t let this article fool you. They know they can also pad the purchase price with adjusting the payment by “well...well we can get you into this car @ X amount and if we can push your monthly payment
