I fly CapeAir from Boston to Lebanon (NH). Those planes are small. Sometimes I am in the co-pilot seat.

You think CRJs are bad?

Assault with battery*

For sun and love and joy.

Almost as important - defensive driving (situational awareness). It would appear that a few of those collisions could have been avoided by the not-at-fault party had they been attentive to someone barreling down from the left or right.

OK, now I’ve given you all something to argue about and tell me in many words how

Nah, it’s all one extension- either the entire line from Dulles to Reston gets done, or the whole thing will get cancelled. Which is just... ugh. If there’s anywhere outside downtown the damned thing SHOULD go, it’s Dulles. And yet... nope. Nearly half a century after Metro opened, it still doesn’t go where it should.

Oh good lord, no kidding. I was on one of the Duck tours last time I was in town with my now-ex (her first time in town, so all the touristy things...), and the driver was a goddamned maniac. Sudden turns at full speed, missed a pedestrian by a ball-hair, came damn near to clipping a couple of parked cars- oh, and

Obligatory. This scene had me floored.

So a city full of horrible human beings has horrible civil policies and horrible civil servants.

I know boston has a policy (well I was told by a cop they did) that if a T bus hits you it’s basically always your fault... I hate those drivers. I hate all boston city vehicle drivers actually.

Don’t know about the police, but you can be sure his insurance is looking for the driver, and it probably won’t be good for his employment status when they find him.

Did the damage to the i3 improve the overall look of the vehicle?

Got T-boned at a stop light by an unlicensed driver in Lowell so I know exactly what you’re talking about. Slightly less bad because at least he was borrowing someone else’s car who did have it insured, but nonetheless.

1. That chrome bar that seems to be on the rear of almost literally every new car not called Mazda.

You’re probably not wrong. MA is the worst offender in the region. Even pleading out to vehicular manslaughter is unlikely to keep a license off of you for more than a couple years. I think money might actually be secondary though. Massachusetts is the ultimate “forgiveness” state. No matter what people do
