I’d also look at each state’s driver education and training requirements, testing and retesting procedures, and the type of accident that claimed lives (loss of control, collission with stationary object, collision with animal, road conditions, reckless behavior ie gross and negligent speed in excess of 100+ MPH, etc).
Sadly mustangs tend to attract mouth breathers with beer guts and a lack of any kind of driver skill. I feel bad for the talented mustang drivers out there
