I gave up last episode when I kept on yelling at Carrie, "you are not a victim," and then she starts screaming for someone to save her.
actually it was pretty funny last episode when she has just been kidnapped, steals a guys phone and starts running from him in order to make her phone calls

I just really hate it when tv shows will do that. Like on gilmore girls, dean was smart, had ambitions and could keep up with a conversation. then introduce a new love interest and then suddenly Dean can't read.
