Kesha is a total badass, and could easily take just about any pop singer/actress out there in a fight.

Well, from 1976 to 1980, the democrats were in power, so I was on the welfare. Then I worked as a gas station attendant. And then from 1992-2000, the democrats were in power again, so I was on the welfare.

How do you know it keeps away tigers?

Jeff Goldblum!

Ugh, that's just some old bullshit. Can't have a flaming gay superhero, can we?

Rocafort's art style looks a lot like a cross between Jim Lee and Art Adams. Stylized and detailed, I think it can look really good depending on the atmosphere of the book they're trying to cultivate. Can also look ridiculous too. Unsure at this point which category Teen Titans falls into.

What ever happened to the old Wonder Girl, Wanda or what's her name (the black haired one that got married)? How dare this blond assume a name that has such a fine legacy?

I liked old school purple cloak Raven with shiny earrings and her face in shadow. This new design is better than her all white costume, but that's not saying too much.

Ugh, that would be a little on the nose, don't you think?

Came here, just to make that joke.

They're adapting Eyes of the Dragon? That could either be really cool or really horrible. I love the novel, though.

NO No no no no no no. Newshour on PBS is good, but the local news at 10 p.m. is pretty much worthless. Of the 30-35 minutes of the program, 10 minutes is about sports, 8 minutes goes to the weather, 10 minutes for human interest fluff and only 5-7 minutes for actual news, if that. That's NEVER enough time to explain

Following the logic of making a movie about the Guardians of the Galaxy, I think Power Pack should be next in line for the next offbeat Marvel movie. Power Pack has a surprisingly large amount of cool stories to draw from, and hey, you could pitch it at the tween market!

What, is there no love around here for the Masters of Horror show's "Dreams in the Witch House"? It was surprisingly faithful to the original story and damn unsettling to boot……It even did a decent job of depicting Lovecraft's eternal 'unreal angles of geometry that drive a person mad' stuff that's in just about every

How's it going, eh?

Wilfred is the kind of show that enjoys disorientating its viewers. I haven't seen a show with this much WTF since the glory days of Space Ghost: Coast to Coast (Brilliant No. 2, etc.).

I'd read it.

I would think the daughter would throw a fit about not being able to see her friends, her boyfriend maybe, though I dunno. Maybe all kids these days need is to text, not actually see and hang out with their friends.

Bauhaus - Bela Lugosi's Dead
Nine Inch Nails - Happiness in Slavery
The Cure - 10:15 Saturday Night
Air vs. the Moog Cookbook - Kelly Watch the Stars
Neko Case - Rated X
Orbital - Satan (Industrial Mix)

Maybe I'm just old - in fact, I know I am - but with the advent of texting and such, it makes it too easy for people to become anxious about 'why hasn't he/she texted me back? What is he/she doing that they can't get back to me right now?'. The fact that we're all (theoretically) able to contact anyone so quickly and
