You still can, Apple usually continues to sign the previous version for a few days (or more) after a new one is released. So that means today you could still download 4.3.1 from somewhere (I recommend iClarified as they keep links to all previous firmware files on Apple's official servers, Google it) and then simply

Or course I know how to manually kill apps, it's just that (unlike you) I think having to do that twice a day is completely ridiculous. I use Multicleaner, you just double tap the status bar (or whatever Activator trigger you set it to) and it kills everything at once.

I never said that it was meant to be the primary app launcher. As for them being in left to right order of most recently launched, that's simply not true. I'll have a game that I haven't launched in DAYS in the 4th or 5th spot.

No, this has nothing to do with multitouch gestures. It relies on Activator so it only has the ability to use the same triggers as everything else that uses Activator does (SBSettings, multifl0w, Multicleaner, etc).

The only problem with this is Apple's current implementation of multitasking is a complete disaster so I frequently have 14 things "running" in my multitask bar at a given time in no discernible order, some of which I haven't even opened since last week. So if swiping through 7 or 8 apps to find the one you're

Damn you, came here to post something similar and you had me beat. Oh well, 3 hours until he takes the mound!

@vinod1978 - They don't change the firmware on your phone at all, there's no flashing involved. You give them your unique IMEI and they have the ability to add it in to Apple's real unlock whitelist, then iTunes recognizes your IMEI on that list and factory unlocks it. This is exactly how it works for real legit

The main thing MIT has given me that I'm thankful for is MuscleNerd. :-)

I do the same thing, and that's great and all, but how does it apply to this article? He's doing 30-40 a week for a fee.

I know it's legal to jailbreak your own device now, but isn't charging money to jailbreak other people's devices still very illegal in the US? That's mainly what's stopped me from trying this in the past.

There's another one called "Location Spoofer" which is $1.99, and one called "FakeLocation" that is free. I'm sure there are others too.

As usual, there's multiple Cydia apps for that. Pick one, fake your location, watch local market games.

BiteSMS 5.2 is supposed to fix 4.3 compatibility.

Sweet, now Comex will probably unleash his new userland untether exploit.

Yep, that's also happening. I've just got in the habit of mouse wheel clicking to open in a new tab since that works.

Haha, yep that's it alright. Good call.

OT but is anyone at Gawker looking into why the wonderful new layout that everyone loves is completely broken in Firefox 4? In the traditional blog view some articles on the main page have clickable links, some don't. The only way to open the ones that aren't clickable is to click the link in the list of recent

I've hated this article/TV news report every time I've seen it, since when does "both are liquids" qualify the price of two things to be compared? Apples and gold are both solids that are sold by weight by that doesn't mean the price of one has anything to do with the other.

@Spyfox5400: ...and exactly how long is that G2 contract that you're going to SCREAM material adverse change about? Just wondering since the first sentence says this is at least 2 years away.

...and unlocking GSM iPhones in the US becomes meaningless.
