I've only listened to a few Five, Seven, and Eight audios so far. Any Four/Leela faves to recommend?

DoaS is one of my favorite 11 era one-offs. It's the Williamses that make it work for me.

I love Leela so much, but I didn't think to mention her. Four's personality is just so big it kind of eclipses three of the best companions of all.

"It will when I put it inside."

It's something this show does quite often, with varying degrees of success. 'Fear Her', 'The Idiot's Lantern', 'Blink' and it's descendants, 'Rose' and it's antecedents, 'The Bells of St. John', all try to mine terror from mundane, common objects (or pervasive non-objects in the case of Bells). The trick seems to be

A clever urban adaptation of a tactic as old as hunter and hunted. Also, it's warm under there.

Nope. That's the cats too.

I wouldn't put them in that ratified air just yet, but it's definitely a welcome change from the romantic or fraternal relationships that the last few Doctors have had. I'm also thinking about Jo Grant's relationship with Three, and how she just outgrew him.

Not to mention the trope squared of lampshading hammerspace.

Terry Gilliam & Billy Bragg.

Why should I believe you? You're Hitler!

My favorite title is from an audio story, the Eighth Doctor's "Horror of Glam Rock".

Last fall, I went on a business trip to Chicago a couple of months after my mother died. I was feeling lonely without Mrs. Lord Gaga, and sad about my mom. I know, says I, I'll watch Futurama. That always cheers me up (except for that stupid dog episode, of course). What was waiting for me on Amazon was 'Game of

I love Dick. I'm not ashamed to say it.

I'm disappointed you didn't ask him about L.A. Noire. I'd be curious to know how he got on with that whole motion capture thing. Hilarious role, anyway.

Wilde would be a great match for this Doctor. I can also see him visiting Lewis Carroll.

A thousand times this!

No, it couldn't prevent that particular issue. Steam is almost always running on my system so I'd never encountered that, but I know Steam will do that to the INI files. They say you should set them to read-only, but it doesn't always prevent that. These days I run Mod Organizer which overrides the INIs so it doesn't

Dave's not here.

uHUD fixes all that.
