I wouldn’t say the average America is a “windbag”, per say. I would, however, say the average American is a sheep that doesn’t know how to think for themselves. With the options at hand this year, all of those undecided voters either decided not to vote or voted for the “windbag” option.

The way they do driving tests is in groups, so everyone who passes in a given time all attends the PSA, takes their picture, inputs their data, etc…

I’ve seen worse than that. haha. One day, as I was returning home from work, there was a guy riding his bicycle, holding an umbrella (As it was raining), playing a 3DS with one hand, and trying to text on his smart phone, which was on a mount on his handle bars.

In Japan, it is apparently a huge problem, as I mentioned in my post. When the third-party apps were available, people would be dashing down roads to get to rare Pokemon. Many accidents, a couple deaths, and lots of speeding violations. Don’t know what it’s like elsewhere, but it is still a problem here, apparently.
