Also, pre-registration for Miitomo is up as well, for almost every region from what I can see. You can pre-register here once you register for Nintendo’s new account system.

Dude! Almost exactly the same for me. I’m the oldest of four, but I’ve always picked Luigi, even to this day. But I’ve always been good with Luigi, whom I have always called Squeegi. ;)
There’s no way Sony has executive control on Capcom, so that’s why I said supposedly. I know the reasons why Ono-san would say what he said, but this is Capcom. One of the shadiest game companies when it comes to re-releases and DLC distribution. I’m not believing anything until I see it with my own eyes.
Ono-san also said that Street Fighter V will supposedly not be re-re-rereleased like they normally do (a la Super, Hyper Edition, Ultra, etc). Apparently, according to him, SFV will get regular updates with both free and paid content. We’ll see how true that will be.
Brundlefly would be SO damn good. haha. For this exact reason.
I was thinking something quite similar. Pinhead would be awesome, but my heart is mostly on Ash. ;)
If Mortal Kombat is going this route, why not bring people like Pinhead, Ash from Evil Dead, Damien, The Creeper, Brundlefly, Michael Myers, etc? Any of those guys would be fun in Mortal Kombat. Leatherface was never a great “monster” character, so it’s no wonder why he’s boring in MK.
Yeah. Minecraft is quite big in Japan, albeit on Vita the most, surprisingly. I’m sure the iOS/Android version is also really popular, but on Playstation, it’s been on the top of the PSN charts for a little while.
I cleared it the other day, and I agree, it’s a great little game, albeit simple. I actually think this is a great new potential Pokemon series, since it’s one of the first (If not THE first) to veer away from the “gotta catch ‘em all” mentality. It’s a fun “mystery” game with a lot of comedy, a little bit of depth in…
I don’t quite agree with this. The amount of people who claim to try pirated versions of games as a trial before purchasing are such an insanely small group of people that it wouldn’t even make a difference. Honestly, I think those people are in my round up of “pirates” that always play pirated games and will end up…
I think there will be a very, very, VERY slight increase, but definitely nothing substantial. It’ll just be a few of those “pirates” that always play pirated games, so when they can’t play a game they want, they’ll be forced to get it. It’ll be small, but a slight increase! :)
Sure. It’s insane. I won’t deny that. But I have the same mentality while I read news about something like the Republican Party. Do I like the Republican Party? Of course not. But there’s a pleasure in reading about their downfall and destruction that is quite... pleasing.
I don’t hate the blog. Where did I say this? I just said that these comics are dumb, and because I’m an avid reader of Kotaku, I still find myself checking these comics out each week as part of my daily reading of the site.
Because I’m an avid reader of Kotaku, and Sundays don’t normally have a lot of material. I think one of the sad realitis is that I keep reading them in hopes that one will actually make me laugh. So far, it’s not happening.
My similar reaction to every single week when I read these. haha. But mine’s more, “Dumb. Dumb. Really dumb. Dumb. Huh? Dumb.”
I understand completely what you’re talking about, but we’re talking about the Wii U, which does have a pretty low-level “internal” hard drive. So my argument was that my 300GB external hard drive loads just as fast on my Wii U than the internal flash memory. I tested speeds on numerous games, and it was virtually the…
But the Wii U’s internal hard drive isn’t really a hard drive at all. It’s basically just a flash drive. haha. It’s why just about any USB ported external hard drive runs just as well on the Wii U as its internal drive.
No way, dude. I’ve been using the pocket external and y-wire combo since the Wii U launched, and I have had zero problems and no lag at all. I even tested numerous games off of the Wii U’s internal hard drive and off the external to see if there was much of a difference, and they were identical.
Haha. When Bayonetta 2 came out, I lost a lot of sleep thanks to it. I usually balance my gaming pretty well, but I was determined to get through it, master it, and just smile at every massive combo, superb boss fight, and hilarious cut scenes and dialog. My wife was so worried about me that week, but I lived to tell…
