Marvel and Lucas Arts are also owned by Disney. Does that mean Marvel IS Disney and Star Wars IS Disney? I don’t like you’re logic, because Disney didn’t create Pixar or their movies. They bought them.

Of course Disney bought Pixar, but that does mean Pixar is Disney? Does it mean Star Wars is Disney? Does it mean Marvel is Disney? Just because the main head owns the property, that doesn’t mean the owned property is now a Disney designed product. It’s still Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel.
Well, this is actually Pixar, and that’s not always their M.O. Sure, in Toy Story, we don’t know exactly where the father was, but it never said he died and the kids and mother didn’t seem to lament his absence. Incredibles has everyone, and the recent Inside Out had the whole family unit as well.
He really is doing a fine job. Although One Piece has its slow periods, it’s unbelievable that it is still so popular, so relevant, and so powerful amongst a genre that is flooded with actions comics/anime. Somehow, he sticks out of the bunch with a very unique art style, and his storytelling is truly top notch.
You can’t clear the level without being big or tall, hence the choice. The bottom section is just tall enough at the end for Skinny Mario to reach the flag pole, and the top section has a breakable wall for Big Mario to break through. Getting to the end as little Mario is meaningless, and that’s why it is a short yet…
Patrick: If you’re looking for a break, I love to make short and torturous levels. These long ones just stress me out. I like an N++ kind of strategy where a level can technically be cleared in seconds, but it’s just a matter of figuring it out. Try my newest level, “Big or Tall: The Sequel”. I think you’ll have fun…
I played it for about 5 hours straight yesterday with zero hiccups. Mind you, I’m in Japan, so I don’t know if we had an advantage at all. But at the same time, I was matched with people around the world, so it seemed fine on my end.
I got to play at Tokyo Game Show a couple weeks back, and I was honestly underwhelmed. It wasn’t bad, by any means, but I think I was expecting bigger and better. In reality, it just felt normal.
The article says that Destiny 2 will be out next year. Bungie specifically said that “Destiny” has a 10-year plan, and they even said that doesn’t include sequels. A Destiny 2 would basically make Destiny 1 obsolete, which is what I feared from the beginning. A 10-year plan makes it sound like Bungie really wanted to…
Completely agreed. It feels kind of stupid to make Year 1 stuff completely irrelevant. Like I said before, just upgrade the other raids for the people who’ve upgraded. Because at the moment, everyone basically has one relevant raid, and that’s pretty dumb, if you ask me. We should have the option to dive into all…
But... but... Fate Bringer... *sigh* ;)
Crota’s End was, compared to Vault of Glass, a pretty boring raid. Thankfully, the best part of it was the fight against Crota, but you could truly completely 3/4 of the Crota’s End raid by yourself, which really took all of the fun and challenge out of it. Every week, people were just trying to find people to do…
You couldn’t be more right. It started off so good, and then just dropped like a boulder into the deepest lake imaginable. I can’t believe something that had so much promise could die off so quickly.
So... Destiny’s lifespan won’t be 10 years afterall, huh? Well, that’s a big promise they broke super quick.
I wasn’t a huge fan of Prison of Elders, so that’s why I didn’t mention. I know a lot of people liked it, so sure, why not? I’m just a huge fan of the raids, and Vault of Glass is still one of the best things Destiny has to offer up to this point. It’s a shame that it’s practically irrelevant unless you are just…
Absolutely! The level system is fixed and works great. Not everyone in the Tower looks exactly the same anymore, because the new leveling system allows for ANY Legendary gear to be top-tier. Also, I’ve seen maxed out level players (Light Level 310) wearing blue gear, which was unheard of prior to The Taken King. This…
Agreed. I actually don’t like Crucible at all, so I gave up Destiny entirely. I heard good things about House of Wolves, but it was so Crucible-centric that I just play it for an hour and stopped.
As someone who bitched and complained about Destiny to no end after the release of The Dark Below (HORRIBLE DLC), I cannot stop playing The Taken King! It’s fantastic! They actually listened to the fans! It doesn’t feel like a broken, fucked up, idiotic mess anymore! Hooray!
Completely agree. I tell him this every time, and he just says that I don’t know how to read the facts. *sigh*
The one thing I am getting quite frustrated with is finding a Ghost. All of my gear is 292 or higher, and my currently light level is 291. That’s strange, right? Well, the one piece that isn’t 292 or higher is my Ghost, who is currently 272, keeping my light level down tremendously.
