Part deux regarding OS choice:

@vinod1978: Good idea, but not one I'd like to see them implement. Look at the Kin OS, look how well that did. They have Windows 7, Windows Phone 7, and Windows Embedded Handheld (and Kin).

To those referring to the folly of putting Windows 7 on a tablet:

If it works, that'd be really cool. Especially if it streams all audio through a common adapter, not just iPods.

What's annoying, but understandable, is that using this not only counts against your minutes, it counts against your data!

@Ben R: Maybe Google bought it so it could do the world good. I mean, the malware will certainly stop, if only because Google can't afford to be associated with it.

@njdevil: Ever see those grab bags on TV or in magazine? You pay money for a bag full of random ancient coins, in their original (read:dirty&corroded) condition.
