I HATE the headlights of the F40. If I ever get an F40 I will replace the fenders with the headlight housing removed. I’m sure thats been done before.

The Xj220 gets a pass cause IMO that’s by far the most successful attempt at pop up headlights.

Oh I meant the C8 Aileron. I’m not a hundred percent sure what the Aileron mechanically shares with the C8 Spyder/Laviolette, I always thought it was the successor. But regardless the Aileron is post Gallardo/F430. If I remember right the Aileron came along in like ‘09/’10, it should have had higher performance…

I’m in no way comparing the two but I think performance is a big part of why Pagani has its cult following right now. 400 horsepower and 0-60 in 4.5 seconds in the base Aileron??? Those are last generation Corvette numbers tbh. Spyker should have used the Audi V10 as the base engine. If it had the performance I think…

I just wish Spyker had overcompensated on the performance of the Aileron the way McLaren did with the 12c. Hopefully they come out of their bankruptcy and make more cars.

I bet if the C8 Aileron had 12c level performance it would have been a darling to the rich in the Middle East. I hope we see a follow up.

TBH most people don’t find Spykers attractive. They barely sold any Ailerons. I disagree GREATLY but I can’t argue with anyone who feels that Spykers are anything less than works of art. Compared to Astons and Ferraris they are “jarring” to say the least.

I agree with the Enzo, I didn’t love it at first but now I love how unapologetically anime it looks.

I think the C6 is underrated designwise IMO.
