When I first read Virtual Light by William Gibson, I assumed In and Out Burger was a silly name he cmae up with for a throaway joke in the book. It was a long time after when I discovered it was a real franchise.

They came back in 2012, with the rights to all the 90s Valiant characters except for the Gold Key heroes (Magnus, Dr. Solar, and Turok, basically).  They’ve consistently been one of the best superhero comics publishers since then.
