If nothing else, Daniel Radcliffe get points for making a solid effort.
It's nothing short of a comedic masterstroke.
I did something similar when I first watched Dexter. I jumped into the show with season 4 and fast forwarded any scene not featuring him or John Lithgow's character. Didn't lose a single thing in the process.

On the other hand, Oliver's speech to Slade in the final scene about how he did everything without killing anyone, and Slade helped him become a hero.. all that was a perfect end to the season.
