Police in a Fox 11 report state that the intersection in question has a speed limit of 15 mph

It’s important to remember that World War 2 was not a popular war in the United States, at least so far as the European theater was concerned. Many Americans were deeply opposed to the war, in no small part due to a seldom-discussed draft that dwarfs the draft for Vietnam in both scope and resultant casualties. We, as

What get lost, IMO, is that there were conversations concerning the strategic and moral value of pursuing the bombing of cities, particularly late in the war. I think we have to acknowledge that the distinguishing feature of WWII, beyond Japanese and Nazi atrocities, was the brutality of “total war” amd the suffering

That’s brutal. No one would blame you for putting the roof up and switching on the A/C there.

Clearly you’ve never sat in stop-and-go traffic on a July afternoon behind a garbage truck south of the Mason-Dixon line.

Fair point - I might be in a similar latitude as you. I really should specify that my beef is with the FIXED hard tops in the summer (totally makes sense to slap on the fixed HT in the winter).

The i4 sits between $55-65k, the Taycan starts at $80k, that’s probably the reason for the CPO.

It may or may not be possible to test at elevation, but I think that’s critical. If not then test at max GVWR. It’s fine when a car can do 0-60 in 9 seconds with a driver and nothing else, but with 3 friends and their gear? Plus a roof rack? That’s where the bigger engine comes into play.

I believe the old saying about the last gen Evo is that it was a $40k drivetrain that came with free seating.

It is funny how so many people get so worried about this. When Ford started phasing out the shift on the floor 4WD on their HD trucks you’d think the sky was falling. Meanwhile, ESOF systems seem to be about as reliable as anything out there.

Because so many of their customers are angry 13-year-old boys.

Aaaaand it’s hideous. Big surprise. Why does the auto industry have this obsession with making full-size pickups look like they were designed by angry 13-year-old boys?

PHENOMENAL GRILLE POWER!

That was dam close.

In the context of an autonomous driving system, if a human has to make an input that the car didn’t anticipate, then it makes sense for those designers to consider that input as a result of an error on the part of the car.

Rural AM radio? Yes, many things. Mostly the fact that it’s a bunch of ill-informed, angry, right-wing loons spouting conspiracy theories and other dangerous garbage.

Just reach over the side of your F-150 bed — yeah, if you’re 6 foot 8.

I’ve got those three and the chain saw. I’ll use my current lawn mower until it dies and then go battery, mostly because I hate small carbs. I’m up to a 5Ah and 2 2.5 Ah batteries now, would get another one with the mower because those won’t be enough for my lawn.

I drive until the car runs out. Then I pop the trunk, grab a plastic bag of gas, pour it into the tank/on my fender/on the ground, then drive to the nearest gas station. Easy.
