Better angle: Even more clear it’s the boater’s fault.

Also rumors he got a DUI and was cited for sure (BUI?).
If I remember the rules right, this is on the boat owner assuming the path was clear when the plane started its takeoff roll / first touched down on the water. It can’t stop, after all, and the boat certainly can change directions much faster (making it the more maneuverable of the two).
The older ones were much better - huge throw, sure, but it felt right for a wrangler. The new one just doesn’t feel matched up right.
Agreed. In 2017 I’d have bought a supra sight-unseen. In 2020, when it hit real availability - well, I was knocking out a masters degree with my savings preparing for whatever world emerged from the insanity we were in. That world that has me buying a second expensive sports car toy never arrived.
It’s a very good car. It’s also a very expensive toy.
You’re a car guy, not a tech guy.
Doesn’t matter, still eliminates the entire platform. Not a single one of their “services” can connect to my data - it’s the equivalent of having a car from 2009 with basic bluetooth and built-in nav you have to use by hand, only its an EV. The car guys pretending to be tech guys don’t know anything about security or…
Jody had VERY bad writing which didn’t help, and relied far too much on extreme deus ex machina for me. But... BUT... Flux was excellent. Finally some good writing, a good sendoff, and the companions worked. 6 episodes of excellent. IMHO, of course.
That’s not a car, that’s a meme stock pushing tool.
There used to be cheaper options - IIRC (and it’s been a long time since I looked), you’re now limited to the Rubicon Unlimited with ALL options checked. So yeah, it’s 92k - but it’s really ~just~ 92k, and not really any more for everything.
Once you’ve had a good one, it’s hard to go back to not having one.
I live to serve!
Good. Very good. All the right choices have been made.
Same - love it, and love that they’re AWD too. Finally.
Instructions unclear; farted in my coffee.
Exactly my point actually - $10 for premium connectivity is hard to complain about. Need it for traffic-aware nav, since they’re disabling that on hotspot now, but that’s it. Blazer is $50 a month.
For similar prices, you get way more power on the Model Y. LR is mid-40s and in the upper 300s in HP, so yup - talking the Model Y (and I’m not a tesla fan).
More power, fewer subscriptions, lower cost subscriptions, etc.
If they’d had it 3 years ago, I might have bought it. Since then, inflation/etc has whacked the value of the take-home, and I can’t afford a new toy. And it’s just a toy.
