A black man called him a rapist first. Also, not that this has anything to do with anything, but all my heroes in comedy (Pryor, Mooney, Sykes, Murphy - could not stand Cosby's ass)

I'm hearing that too! People linking him with Martin Luther King, whose name was smeared by the FBI. It's just mind blowing. But I guess if you're wildly underrepresented on tv, one of the first people who look like you breaking barriers like that turning out to be a monster is really heartbreaking. I haven't yet…
so many victims! Aargh so so sad.
Yes it is.
Was I the only person infuriated and appalled by that fucking video?!
...maybe it's a savannah cat? They are servile & domestic mixed breed.
We are going to need some really good War on Christmas carols if we want to win this thing. I wrote two to get us started.
In the past, I lacked self-confidence, but now I also lack money.
I dunno. I see parents all the time ignoring their child's bad behavior and tantrums and I disagree that there's nothing to be done. As a parent, I have snatched my kids up and taken them home when they misbehaved in a store. Do this once or twice and the behavior stops because kids love to be out and about. Some…
...I imagine people who use that word watch all the channels, in blackface, waiting for an opportunity to use the word on air. And when they can't, they tweet slave rape fantasies, you know, for shits n giggles.
What in the fuck? (Other thought: People that use that word watch CSPAN?)
Yes, best use of silver-tipped stiletto heel ever.
My exact thought was, "Whatever, Lady, hotels can't be responsible for every individual staying at their establishment." And then I got to the over serving part and thought, "Carry on. Hope they pay you something."
Establishments like the Gansevoort which cater to the very wealthy often have an unwritten policy of "don't tell the customer 'no.'" The bartender could have lost his/her job for cutting the woman off, and is now probably being sued for continuing to serve her. Caught between a rock and a hard place, poor bastard.
Was I the only one who thought of the scene from Single White Female when reading the title? You know, the one where the crazy roommate kills her roommate's boyfriend by stabbing him with the heel of her stiletto?
yes but the thing you (and a few other excitable peeps who didn't pay the bill) are missing is I didn't know BEFORE I left my vehicle at home that there was such a thing as surge pricing.
It makes sense that you wouldn't know how high Uber surge charging can go if you haven't taken it before. I had no idea. It's not like Uber warns you "Hey! It seems you're going to a part of town without taxi service. Did you know when you want to return at 2am, the prices will be 9x what you paid to get there?"
I hear you. Luckily I use Uber primarily out of laziness. Whenever I see surge pricing, I suck it up and try to hail a cab or take the subway.
There is a lot of hating going on here, but you know what? I would much rather pay $1 to help her out because she was responsible enough to NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. Also, if you're a 20 min car ride from home you have to be concerned about your safety late at night, no matter who you are. So props to her for making it…
