Lol, I was at a sports bar once, and when they played the anthem, a few guys got up, took their hats off and and put their hands over heart.

Didn’t SNF only start showing the anthem when it became a “thing”? For sure, regular Sunday afternoon games didn’t show the anthem.

I understand that the SNF is and will always be the (supposedly) marquee game for each weekend, and I don’t have a problem with that.
