YES. This. I am memorising this and quoting it to everyone forvever. Well if it comes up, otherwise that would be odd.

I'll join you #forever26

Well done for being so strong, something you said that's so simple and obvious but really struck me and I will keep holding on to is how it's better to feel shitty for a few hours than have that person in your life full time. Yes. This. Thank you, I needed that.

Also Lea DeLaria (Big Boo) retweeted me! I was ridiculously excited.

Yup I just turned 30 and same. Also the whole dating/texting thing where you allow yourself a glimmer of hope, not even for ‘the one’ but something more meaningful than a couple of dates then bah, nope again!

Where are the truth bombs? I wanna see them!

Just turned 30! I like how Internetland links up such a mix of ages, ok maybe mainly on here...

Agree with all of that! I'm waiting for a very early flight and almost became choked up again just remembering it!

Brit here, we're throwing a surprise baby shower for a friend like you said. So #notalleuropeans It's not super common but becoming more so for sure.

Yes hen and stags are for partying, but I don’t know if you’ve found too these are becoming crazy expensive these days too and I’m sure it’s the same everywhere. Not satisfied with a night out people now want to go abroad for a weekend with various forced activities. I know I sound moany, but I got you an engagement

Oh man, I did go and look! Once I got up from the rage stroke I felt reassured by people giving them shit though too, including members of the LGBT community pointing out the insane hypocrisy.

My new thing is audiobooks. Doesn't require the eye strain/concentration of actual reading, but you get very absorbed, time passes quickly and there is the chance it can soothe you off to sleep too....

I've only been on one flight ever WITH wifi. Is this weird?! I fly at least once a month, so about 24-30 flights per year. I feel very left out. The one that had it was Norweigan Air. Hurry up Europe and get with the program pleeeease.

Yes to the human burrito technique. I go for a big scarf/pashmina. Also sounds obvious but wander about in case there's a row of seats (usually at the back) free. I once laid flat out on 4 for a 9 hour flight and slept probably almost 8 hours of it. It was MAGICAL. Woke up to find all my friends were 8 hours of drunk

Ah ok I'm glad you said that, and I'm glad he didn't just ask it casually and let it slide. Eugh not cool Pitbull...

Night night dear.

No. I just don't think in a us vs them bubble. Get out, chat to people, make some outside the internet friends? Some of us are nice, honest.

And I could share a bunch of stories about gun toting right wing Anericans, but notallAmericans either hey? The internet is global you know, and it's quite rude to sit and list a couple of shitty experiences you've had with a nation. Imagine you said that about a race?!

Oh maaaaan, I read and loved this article but reading the comments has me tearing my hair out. So many narrow minded stereotypes about different nationalities. And yes Jez is a U.S. site, but I have never felt disconnected before by not being from the U.S. myself. Until now.

I just find it unbelievably rude, oh and Aussies, I missed those out too.
