So, looking at the address named in the suit linked by Deke you can see the the building. It’s large, but not larger then say a barn or anything, and if you look to the northwest of the properties, you see 3 large buildings that are likely a bigger eyesore then his garage.

Who’s toll roads, NTTA which like much of the freeways in that area are sort laid out like spaghetti tossed at a map and maintained like they’re in a poor industrial sector, HCTRA who likes gambling with their money so they’re way behind the population and don’t plan for businesses along their road.
