Exactly! I've probably put too much thought into it, but it strikes me as the kind of storyline that could end with them together or apart and make sense either way (if done well). Also much more within the scope of Glee to do properly rather than 'a very special episode'.

Alright I actually kind of like Sam, he's like a big goofy puppy. Overly enthusiastic, not too bright, hasn't worked out appropriate behaviour and with a tendancy to hump legs.
I also quite like Mercedes, although I realised that Glee has really not given her much individual characterization. Any excuse for Amber Riley…
