It’s because he only pretends to be interested in things because he think people will think he’s cool. It’s only ever surface-level bullshit with him. He’s so self-absorbed that he can’t ever stop thinking about how people might perceive him. That’s why all that 420 stuff happened. It’s all an attempt to look like

The Glass Cliff’ in action.

So far the whole “women get promoted to CEO only when a business is failing and they need someone to publicly take the fall” hypothesis is working out well.

Now I’m not accusing the writers of being pro-genocide. But its getting to a point where ‘its a warning’ is starting to look like ‘the X-Men exist so writers can commit genocide, but its ok cause we’ll bring them back for the next set of writers to do it all over again’.

Yeah, to be honest. That.

This is one of those storylines I just look at and go... jeez, that doesn’t seem very enjoyable for anyone.

I think Xavier having his beliefs properly challenged is good, but I think there’s a million more interesting ways to do that than ‘hoho what if he killed everyone’

Marvel’s obsession with committing genocide over and over again is more than a bit unsettling at this point. With how often its come up its seeming like the message that Marvel is trying to send is less ‘genocide bad’ more ‘minorities aren’t allowed nice things and if you start to get happy we’ll kill you all off’.

As both a driver and a cyclist I’ve found exactly the opposite.  Cyclists are almost never aggressors in any interaction.  I’ve seen far more motorists yell at, and aggressively drive next to, cyclists than the other way around.

No.

Can you blame them?

lol

Uh... are you forgetting the fact that the cooling system will need to work harder to keep the battery cooler on a hotter day, therefore using more power, thereby reducing range due to the increased power draw of the cooling system?

You will lose economy but not anywhere even close to 33 percent! Also you won’t wear your engine any faster at extreme temperatures provided you stay on top of maintenance oil changes and coolant flushes.  Vs this study is finding potential permanent damage to your battery at extreme temperatures.

I read the word campsite. Did you sleep in the car with the air running? If not how did you survive being outside at those temperatures? I live in the Southeast and once it gets over 100° here pretty much any physical activity in the sun gets really unpleasant really fast. I've learned my limits but dehydration,

And how does the BMS keep the battery from getting too hot again?

Electric cars predate ICE Vehicles. It's taken 130 years just to get them to work.

Uhh, if it is hot out and the battery gets hot and the BMS needs to cool down the battery to protect it I think that range loss is directly related to battery temperature.

Yeah, batteries have always been affected by extreme temperature fluctuations (especially in cold weather) and the manufactures of course know this. The question is, are the manufacturers upfront about it when you are purchasing the vehicle?

When was Titanic slow paced, at one point an entire man falls off a boat and bonks his head on the giant propeller on the way down.

Yikes, always coming in so hot! My point is just that the headline’s misleading and if you strip the article to the fact, there ain’t much there.

50m for a slow paced depressing 3 hour historical biopic is very impressive still.  These films don't tend to set the box office on fire.
