Something north of 90% of Disney feature animated movies include one or both parents dying (or already being dead), especially before the 2000s or so. Off the top of my head, I can only think of a few where the (human) protagonist has two healthy parents: The Incredibles, Tangled, Mulan, and just recently Brave and

I actually love that feeling of playing a game and being like wait, what games won’t I be able to like after this? BoTW and TW3 are the last two to do it for me. Part of me thinks I would’ve really enjoyed Fallout 4 if I had never played TW3.

I gotta say, fridging some parents in the first act is normal for most children’s entertainment. Connecting film universes in an intricate web of death is another.

While this is my favorite of the animated Disney movies....it fucking WRECKED me as a child. Like, crying so hard when I got to my Mom’s seat that she thought something had happened to me. Yeah, mom, something did. ALL OF THE FEELS!!!

You do know that Cards Against Humanity is self-billed as “The party game for horrible people?” I just happen to be very, very good at it.

Nope.

It’s the same logo as the one in the original Alien. (It was either designed by Ron Cobb or John Mollo, who also came up with the Rebel and Imperial insignia for Star Wars.) If you watch the movie, you’ll see it all over the place on the Nostromo — uniforms (including underwear), coffee cups, consoles, equipment, even

I was wondering the same. And the “people” sitting around the table at the end. They each gave me the freaking creeps. Androids, too?

“We are Walter.”

I buy it.

What we are witnessing is the metastasis of the protomolecule. Be with us when the next set of photos determine that the dwarf planet is underway and headed to Venus.

Haven’t seen it yet but...Are they the same Y-Wings that Ezra stole in the season premiere? The ones that were really, really crappy?

And the TIE... kite, or whatever that hanger ship is suppose to be called. Most of the Hammerheads and that goofy-looking thing are likely going to explode before Rebels is over. I only remember seeing a couple of Hammerheads at Scarif.

Wait... are you kind of ignoring cost as a factor? I mean, size would only be fully idnicative of powerplant power assuming both the Y-Wing and Tie-D are using the best available technology. If the Y-Wing were based on a more mass-production powerplant and the Tie-D had some kind of highly sophisticated or rare

I think this shot was to re-emphasise that they had the Hammerhead Corvettes used in Rogue One. I think the music cue they used was from one of the trailers too.

Well, that beat the absolute shit out of the Force Unleashed version of this scene. Goddamn, is Rebels on a hot streak right now.

Spoiler Alert!!!

Welcome back Tie Defender. So glad you could make it.
