I am so sick and tired of white people bitching about racism. Its like hearing the lion complain cause the gazelle doesnt like them or said mean things about them. People talking shit due to generations of oppression is not the same thing as racism.

I saw Popstar the other night. It looked like it should be really stupid, but it was actually better than many of these SNL-skits-turned-movies.

They’re hardly Space Opera. They’re space westerns/space samurai films.  Radically different genres, the prequels tried to get space opera elements but failed pretty much entirely.

I get the hate if you went in with notions that the reviews were true. And the trailer, per Hollywood type, was deceiving. Suspend that and you won’t turn it off. Unless you really don’t like slow indie types. Nothing wrong with that.
