Rustoleum is enamel-based paint, takes forever to dry on intended applications. Too thick and it will orange peel like crazy, especially when a clearcoat goes on. I bet your clearcoat was not Rustoleum? Better to go with an acrylic-based option like Krylon which is less tricky to work with. The standard Rustoleum… Read more
