I like iMovies and Garage band, both are great apps that come with your phone and are awesome.  iMessage is pretty great, notes is good, and Safari is pretty snazzy.  I would say Pages, Numbers and Keynote are great but I can’t remember if you have to download those or if they come with the phone anymore.
