I'd really recommend the YouTube channel of Jazz Jennings, who is also a trans girl and activist. She's really upbeat and relateable for someone young and trans:

Just a few days left… I just hope it's not building to its dramatic 3rd act climax.

The kind of people who flock to tacky/often fake gossip news sites about people they will never personally know and get off on furiously wishing them ill for no reason are probably just as pathetic in real life as you'd imagine.

If it's any small comfort, the comment section on TMZ is always full of the most hateful vitriol. It's not Fisher specific.

I got as far as the headline. Clearly the secret to longevity is being made of pure malice and bile.

Don't fucking even.

Why are none of the shitheads dying?? 2016 wishes to rob us of our saints then plunge us into purgatory.

It wouldn't be so overused if 2016 would quit it already!!

Really?! Cars???

Yes, notice how she's only ever in these things as a small and entirely non-central voice role. Lupita by rights should have been snapped up for a franchise the second she won her Oscar for that amazing breakout performance. Both Alicia Vikkander and Brie Larson were thrown into major starting roles the second the

I generally feel nothing for superhero movies, but I had an adequately enjoyable time at Doctor Strange.

It was released again for the Black and Chrome version wasn't it? So technically is qualifies and I'm not going to argue with it being on the Best Of list every year anyway.

Depends what Pixar movie you're talking about. Laika's work is head and shoulders above the Cars franchise, Brave, Finding Dory, or The Good Dinosaur.

Last year was so fantastic for stunning and grown-up blockbusters. This year has just been a wasteland, and not to cool kind. Struggling to think of any big movie I really enjoyed enough to put it on the 'Best of' list.

It was a stunning work of art with some really great performances in the voice work. I was not a fan of the 3rd act, but the animation blew my mind the whole way through either way.

She voiced a cgi alien that was in Force Awakens for 5 minutes.

"Argument" lol. Whining about actors being light-heartedly called Wonder Bread isn't an argument. It's ridiculous.

So you feel they fall short of analyzing the behavior of the characters in their movie you have not yet seen?

Are we really still pretending these are just a few assholes on Reddit after this year???

Sean O'Neil's commentary on the Vin x Rock feud (lovers' quarrel) was one of the highlights of the year, definitely. And one of the few points at which I achieved totally distracted joy and a zen-like peace of mind. Thank you for that good sir.
