Dd you miss the part of the video where the driver behind the Corvettes is pointing out a bicyclist, other traffic, pedastrians, etc prior to the light turning green?

The victim(s) here are the surrounding public. This is a public street with pedestrians, other traffic and anyone else that could potentially be hurt by their careless actions. Not to mention, said video will be used by both insurance companies to deny coverage.
An late 1980s to early 1991 Mazda Bseries truck. Most are collecting rust now, but these were fun trucks
I have seen the video before and it never ceased to amaze me. The difference between the F1 cars and the other video is incredible. For perspective, the sports cars are taking that corner at e pretty good clip, yet the F1 cars almost make them look like they are standing still. I can only imagine taking the corner…
This is exactly what I gleamed from Costas' interview. He did a stellar job asking pointed questions in a way that was not directly confrontational. He did not interrupt Sandusky and the "payoff" in my mind was the direct question asking Sandusky if he was a pedophile. Sandusky's delayed response was about as good…
My biggest complaint (really not a complaint, I'd still want to own a Corvette) is that in the past, the rear fascia was too large. The C5 it really took away from the car. The C6 rectified that considerably. Overall, I like the redesign, but I would lose the Camaro-esque headlamps and tighten up the rear fascia.
I owned 2 S10's. A 1991 4.3L V6 Extended cab with the throttle body injection. The truck was rather light and 160hp (now seems rather low) but was more than adequate. I currently own a 2001 Extended Cab with a whopping 190hp. These motors are still in use in GM's fleet despite being quite old in design. The main…
No problem with liking it. I like it as well but understand in stock form it is overweight and underpowered. With historic plates, there is a wealth of upgrades to cure the malaise of this car. However, it costs too much and I actually really hate that it hasn't been really driven.
My Dad had a 1983 LX hatchback (with the 2 barrel 3.8L V6). The engine while exceedingly slow was incredibly reliable. It did suffer from the a bad float (like most of the carb'd Fords) is you turned too quickly that made the car shutter. My Dad had it until 1995. He then sold it to my friend and he drove it for…
If I remember correctly, didn't Shelby use prison labor for some of his newer vehicles. Either way, this is a great way to provide prisoners a great skill set after they are released.
In my past, I was in law enforcement, did underground High Voltage cabling and worked on a flight line. All three of these careers were extremely dangerous and I have unfortunately witnessed the outcomes of some of my co-workers letting their guard down. I have had a high voltage shorted ground in a manhole that…
This is quite sad. It seems all that knew of Dan really respected and liked him. It also seems that there is a knee-jerk reaction after the passing of someone participating is a risky endeavor thet he/she should have stopped when becoming a parent. While I understand the reaction, that fact remains that Weldon and any…
What really pisses me off is the snarky attitude by the article. You want to be snarky, then have you damn facts right. Oh, and quite frankly the TBird SC was one of the things Ford did right back then. The car was quick with a fully independent rear suspension.
I had a first year Neon Sport (5speed). I never had any problems with the head gasket, but I did have an exploding clutch(which of course happened while I had my lien free title in my car), numerous groans from the suspension, the start of paint peeling (thankfully about a nickle size, properly touched up before…
Well that blows my theory of Capitol Raceway all to hell. To be fair, I have not been to the track in several years, but I always thought that they were pretty well prepared for any incident.
exactly. A Nissan Frontier ran into the back of the car.
Outstanding!
I saw one in the flesh (finally) at a Home Depot parking lot. From an observer's standpoint, I really liked the stance and it seemed that the fit/finish were spot on. My biggest grumble is the price point (even offset by the energy rebate). The cost may lower as more Volts are sold.
I had a 1993 Sebaru Legacy GT wagon and loved it for the entire time I put close to 260K on it (ended when I was rear ended in a snow storm). It had the 2.2L NA engine and the car consistently averaged 27-29mpg. It was a great car and really showed where Subaru's strengths really are.
The simple answer is yes. The second season is a marketable improvement over the first. I am also happy that they are distinguishing themselves for TGUK. Some segments still need to be tweaked(Big Star/Small Car is a yawnfest and TGUS still has no idea what to do with The Stig). Despite this, the show is improving …
